Terms and Conditions

Effective date: October 4, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of consiousnesscenter.com (the “Site”), operated by Andrey Chsherbakov in Washington State, United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational and educational purpose

The Site presents articles, books, videos, personal experiences, interpretations, and research ideas concerning consciousness and out-of-body experiences. This material is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or consultation with a qualified professional.

If you have a medical or mental health concern, consult an appropriately qualified professional. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not delay or discontinue professional care because of information found on the Site.

2. Personal experience and research status

Descriptions of personal experience and interpretations of consciousness reflect the author’s observations and views. They are not presented as universally accepted scientific conclusions. No result, experience, health effect, or personal outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Information about a proposed research project is not enrollment in a study, an offer of treatment, or informed consent. Any formal project involving participants will use separate eligibility, consent, privacy, safety, and research materials.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site’s articles, text, original images, graphics, videos, branding, design elements, and other original material are owned by or licensed to Andrey Chsherbakov and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may read, link to, and share the address of a public page and may quote short portions with clear attribution and a link to the original page. Republishing complete articles, reproducing substantial portions, selling, licensing, translating for distribution, removing attribution, or using Site material commercially requires prior written permission.

4. Comments and other submissions

You remain responsible for content you submit. By submitting a comment or other material for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant the Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that material as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant discussion or page.

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove submissions that are unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, discriminatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, promotional, spam, unrelated to the discussion, or otherwise harmful. Publication is not guaranteed. Comments express the views of their authors and not necessarily the views of the Site operator.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a way that disrupts service, or impersonate another person.
  • Do not submit confidential medical, psychological, financial, identification, or research-participant information through public comments.
  • Do not use Site content to make unsupported medical, therapeutic, scientific, or commercial claims.

6. Voluntary financial support

The Site may provide links allowing visitors to offer voluntary financial support for published materials or described projects. Unless a payment page expressly states otherwise:

  • support is voluntary and is not payment for a product or professional service;
  • support does not create an investment, ownership interest, partnership, employment relationship, right to project control, financial return, or guaranteed project outcome;
  • the operator is not a registered charity or tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, and payments should not be treated as tax-deductible charitable contributions;
  • payments are one-time unless the payment page clearly identifies a recurring amount and schedule before authorization.

Payments are processed on external pages operated by Stripe or PayPal and are also subject to the selected processor’s terms. Support payments are generally non-refundable after processing, except for duplicate or erroneous charges, where required by law, or when the operator agrees otherwise. To request review of a duplicate or mistaken payment, contact iccr.usa@gmail.com within 30 days and include enough information to identify the transaction. Do not send full card or bank credentials by email.

7. Future paid products and services

Books sold by third-party retailers are governed by the retailer’s purchase terms. If the Site later offers a paid course, digital product, subscription, or other service directly, the price, contents, delivery terms, renewal terms, cancellation procedure, and refund rules shown at checkout will apply to that purchase. Material payment terms will be presented before payment authorization.

8. External services and links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services. A link does not imply endorsement of every statement, product, or practice on the destination website. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy, security, or transaction practices.

9. Availability and changes

We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove Site content and features at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or an external service. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Age

The Site is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 18, or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, to make a financial contribution.

13. Privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Suspension of access

We may restrict access, block abusive activity, or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its visitors, or third parties or to address a violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington State, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Site features, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
